I think there should be an option to mark whether the row should be added after the headers in a Google Sheets file. I think you can have the default parameter be that it is a 0 meaning that it would not skip the first row.
I think there should also be an option to skip the first row within Google Sheets when getting data from it. I think this would save a lot of time and the default can be something as binary as a 0 and a 1.
